Pricing for installation services is calculated as a percentage of the full list price of the product purchased prior to any discounting customers may be eligible for, and is subject to a minimum trip fee. Liberty Awnings and Shades’ patio sun screens are a great way. Our screens also reduce the amount of heat, wind and dust that reaches your patio.
Customers are under no obligation to purchase installation services from The Shade Store. Patio sun and wind screens (PSWS) by Liberty Awnings and Shades block 95 percent of the sun’s harmful UVA and UVB rays without obstructing your view or reducing the amount of natural light let in. Installation services are offered by The Shade Store at an additional charge as a convenience to its customers. Customer shall, to the fullest extent permissible by law, indemnify, defend and hold The Shade Store and its respective agents and employees, harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, loss, cost, damage or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or caused by any negligent act, error, or omission, breach of contract, or intentional misconduct of The Shade Store or any of its third party subcontractors/installers, or their respective members, managers, partners, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, and/or agents.
Measurement and installation services may be provided by an employee of The Shade Store or by an independent third party subcontractor/installer that is part of our local installer network. Measurements are the property of The Shade Store and will not be shared with customers. Measurements taken are per The Shade Store’s product specifications, and the sole intended use of the measurements is to help The Shade Store’s Design Consultants ensure a perfect fit for product ordered. The Shade Store offers its customers free measurement services to facilitate the ordering process.
